Scored 73 points against the Thunder in the first half. Good, but not when you follow it up with a 19-point second half and lose the game. They almost repeated it against the Blazers as they let a 71-49 lead dwindle to 81-72 before pulling away for good.

8. Miami Heat (29-12, Last week: #6)

The Heat’s slide continued this week with a blowout loss in Washington. They stopped before the panic set in by easily beating Philadelphia but again failed to play with any energy in Charlotte, scraping out a win in overtime.
