The road trip around All-Star Weekend for the Cavs

The Cleveland Cavaliers are hosting the 2022 NBA All-Star Game in February and the Cavs will have a key four-game stretch of outings that includes three games before the All-Star affair and one after the festivities. If the Cavs are still breathing and have a chance at the playoffs these games will go a long way in deciding their fate.

It begins with a game against the Indiana Pacers on Feb. 11 and follows with a next evening matchup at the Philadelphia 76ers. They then fly south to play the rising Atlanta Hawks on Feb. 15th.

The All-Star Game then takes place the weekend of Feb. 19 and 20. The Wine and Gold then from there return on Feb. 24 with a matchup on the road at the Detroit Pistons and the first overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft in Cade Cunningham. This could also be a game for a battle for the 2022 Rookie of the Year Award between Cunningham and the third overall pick in the 2021 draft in Evan Mobley.
