#1: Bullock would be one of the Cavs’ best shooters off-the-catch

Firstly, if Bullock ended up signing with the Cavaliers in 2021 NBA Free Agency, he could very well establish himself as one of Cleveland’s best catch-and-shoot threats.

Similarly to that of McDermott, Bullock is a knockdown catch-and-shoot threat that can hit his share of three-point looks via spot-ups, in transition and off movement in settled situations.

Last season, Bullock hit 41.0 percent from three on 6.1 attempts per game for the Knicks, and he had 10.9 points per outing. In the past four seasons, while he has bounced around, Bullock has knocked in 40.0 percent from deep on 5.4 attempts per contest, to go with having 10.7 points in 28.5 minutes per contest.

Whether or not Bullock would be a starter at the 3 for the Cavs, which could play out if Sexton were to be moved with Isaac Okoro going to the 2 more seemingly, Bullock would be one of the Cavaliers’ best catch-and-shoot players.

If that ended up being with him in a key bench role at the 2 and 3, he could still be an impactful player that could get 22-24 minutes of playing time regularly, thanks in large part to the shooting boost/spacing boost he’d feasibly provide in his minutes.

Bullock moves without the ball well, and he’d be a quality off-screen/ball swing threat for the likes of Darius Garland and Sexton, if he sticks around, to go with others, such as Evan Mobley, Kevin Love, if he sticks around/isn’t bought out, too.

And as an aside, if the Cavs did add Bullock, if the likes of the expiring Taurean Prince was traded before the season and/or in the beginning, to go with say, Cedi Osman as part of a different package/multi-team deal, oh well.

Moving along, we’ll get to #2.
