Garland’s performance in a 103-94 Cavs win at the Chicago Bulls on March 24

In an away game at the Chicago Bulls, Garland finished his night with 22 points and an impressive 4-for-6 clip from behind the 3-point line. He had an impressive nine assists in this game, too. And was a +14 while on the court.

The Cavs’ other guard, Collin Sexton, was injured and didn’t play in this game, so it was impressive that Garland handled the point so well. Garland had that big assist game, too, and that usually spelled victory for the Cavaliers this past season.

Garland had some of his best games against the Bulls and this was his best performance. He finished this night going for 25 points on 8-of-13 shooting and an even more impressive 4-for-4 from beyond the arc. Plus he was 5-for-5 from the charity stripe.

And this was all in only 29 minutes of playing time. He was a +18 in his time on the floor as well.

This win against a talented Philadelphia 76ers team was sandwiched in the midst of a mild four-game win streak by the Cavs. Garland shot a season high 24 times and the Cavaliers needed every one of his 25 points for the win in overtime. Garland played almost the entire contest, too.

He was 5-for-7 from the free throw line and again distributed the ball nicely finishing with an important nine assists. Even more important he scored 11 points in the overtime period and sealed the deal with free throws.
