Trade #2

Cavaliers receive: Bradley Beal, Kelly Oubre Jr

Wizards receive: Kevin Love

The Washington Wizards desperately need something to change within their team. The core of John Wall and Bradley Beal has proven that they aren’t capable of winning a championship. Not to mention the fact that tensions between Wall and Beal have been steadily rising. It’s time for these two stars to part ways.

Adding Kevin Love to the Wizards could be the move that steers the ship back in the right direction. Love would fit in nicely with the Wizards. They could use a player with his skill set on the offensive end. Wall would have a field day dishing assists to Love in the corner.

This move could place the Wizards potentially in the same tier as the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers. The Wizards actually may have a shot at making it to the NBA Finals with this roster.

As for the Cleveland Cavaliers, they gain a young star in Bradley Beal. Beal is only 25 years of age and still has room to improve. Finally getting to lead his own team may be something that encourages Beal to take his game to the next level.

The Cavaliers would also acquire Kelly Oubre Jr. Oubre averaged 11.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game last year. Oubre is only 22 years old and could blossom into a solid two-way player.
