LeBron James is a walking triple-double.

James was fantastic again Thursday night as he tied Larry Bird for sixth in all-time triple-doubles with his 59th.

Performances like this have happened on seemingly a nightly basis this season for James. Coach Lue summed it up best when he said LeBron is “a walking triple-double.”

Tristan Thompson’s injury could be worse than we originally thought.

Thompson was able to play a couple minutes in the first half of Tuesday’s win and was expected to play the first half of this game as well. However, he was a late scratch for the game because of persistent issues with his calf.

There has been no official word about the severity of the injury, however, it is concerning given how this injury is continuing to linger. Thompson admitted last week that he’ll never be 100 percent again. Thompson’s game is predicated off of his athleticism. Any loss of that athleticism could dramatically affect his ability to produce given his style of play.

The Cavs don’t have any experienced, traditional centers on the roster. It’s not necessarily time for the Cavs to look to add another center to the roster, but that time is coming if Thompson can’t return to the player he once was.
