Los Angeles Rams

While Jared Goff is supposed to be the quarterback of the future, what the Los Angeles Rams need at present is a big-time quarterback who can produce on the field but also be the leader on his team.

The Rams also need a quarterback who can craft a vision for his team to succeed.

James is one of the best leaders in the NBA. He’ll inspire the Rams through his own efforts and through instruction. The Rams will know he’s a champion and the best player of his sport and listen because James respects the process. James, a well-known crafter of championship rosters and game-winning plays, knows how a team is supposed to fit and how to put every player in their best position to succeed.

On the field, James greatly helps an offense that ranks near the bottom of the league in both passing and rushing yards. The Rams don’t have many big threats at receiver, however, James has plenty of experience throwing passes to guys who haven’t had the biggest careers and them delivering. He has a gift that allows him to make players better and he’ll, in a Tom Brady-like way, find them in the right position a lot of the time. As a runner, James could be a dynamic player who uses the zone-read in occasion to get the offense going. If you watched Game 7 of the NBA Finals and saw his chasedown block on Andre Iguodala, you’d agree that there’s a distinct possibility James can break off a few long plays.

James is exactly what the Los Angeles Rams need as a face of the franchise and after the retirement of Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant, possibly the city.
