New England Patriots

While Tom Brady is the man in New England, there’s a chance that James could be an even more dynamic presence than Brady at quarterback.

Yes, Brady is generally regarded as the best quarterback in NFL history. Still, he doesn’t possess James’ physical profile while James looks able to do everything Brady can do. Imagine if Tom Brady had Cam Newton’s body. Now imagine if Cam Newton was bigger, stronger and faster.

That could be James on the football field.

James would likely give the New England Patriots, who have one of the best offenses in th league right now, the best best offensive group in football. Picturing James finding Rob Gronkowski down the middle or getting it to Danny Amendola or Julian Edelman on the outside should make offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels salivate. McDaniels once wanted Tim Tebow to be a team’s quarterback of the future. McDaniels gets everything Tebow could have been in James.

Furthermore, James, under the tutelage of Bill Belichick, would quickly become one of the smartest QB’s in the NFL. James, who has a photographic memory and is a student of the game, would continue Brady’s tradition of making great decisions quickly.

On and off the field, James would be a shining example of the “Patriot Way”.
