The Cleveland Cavaliers Waiting For A Big Move?

As the Cleveland Cavaliers free agency has come to a standstill, the question is why?

There’s only $1 million for any player from this point out except for J.R. Smith who can see his salary double this season. Larry Sanders‘ only other serious suitor is the Los Angeles Lakers. Chris Andersen‘s deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers is seemingly done. LeBron James‘ money won’t be affected by any of the aforementioned players signings.

So, what gives?

It’s possible the Cavaliers are waiting for another big move to happen and for the dust to settle before signing the rest of the free agent targets.

The Boston Celtics acquiring Blake Griffin would be a big deal. Griffin, Al Horford, and Isaiah Thomas form a formidable Big Three and head coach Brad Stevens has an impressive defensive system set in place.

This could be the big move that the Cleveland Cavaliers are waiting for.
