Story: The Grizzlies had won two games on their home floor to tie up the series, but they needed to win one in L.A. to advance. In the series-altering Game 5, Zach Randolph lead the Grizzlies to an upset. Memphis didn’t shoot particularly well, but Randolph hit the glass to generate extra possessions. Additionally, he didn’t turn the ball, keeping Lob City grounded. Randolph scored with middling efficiency, but when the Grizzlies needed buckets they knew whose number to call.
