Game 5: Memphis Grizzlies 88, Oklahoma City Thunder 84 (Playoffs)
Highlights: post seal and-1, put back Jerry Bayless airballed 3, inbound jumper
Game Score: 24.3
Box Score: 28 points (8-17 field goals, 12-16 free throws), 14 rebounds (3 offensive), 2 assists (1 turnover), 2 steals (3 fouls) in 41 minutes (+14)
Story: With a chance to close out the Thunder in OKC, Randolph detonated with 16 points and eight rebounds in the first half, and he didn’t really cool down. While the field goal percentage isn’t strong, Randolph augmented it with nearly as many FTA as FGA. He did miss the two biggest free throws of the game, but (1) the Grizzlies won anyway and (2) they’re not in position to without the Randolph’s contributions through the first 47 minutes.
