The Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks have not disappointed so far in the playoffs, each taking a game in Cleveland ahead of Friday’s Game 3 at Madison Square Garden.

Cleveland dominated Game 2, getting huge offensive performances from Darius Garland and Caris LeVert en route to a 17-point win over the Knicks.

Both games have fallen short of the total set for the game, but could things change in New York?

The Knicks haven’t gotten much offensively from anyone not named Jalen Brunson or Julius Randle, while the Cavs showed that they are the better team when they attack the glass.

New York’s role players will have to step up (including RJ Barrett) for the team to have any chance in this series.

With the Cavs set as short underdogs, how should we wager on this game?

The Cavs have to feel good about Game 2, as the team showed when it is clicking offensively it can run the Knicks out of the gym.

New York turned the ball over an uncharacteristic 17 times, leading to a ton of easy buckets for the Cavs, especially in the first half.

Taking care of the ball is going to be key for a New York team that simply doesn’t shoot the 3 nearly as well as the Cavs.

For the Cavs, it’s hard to rely on another 24-point game from LeVert, but Donovan Mitchell could be in line for a bigger scoring game after having 13 assists in Game 2.

The question for the Knicks is whether they can score efficiently or not, because the Cavs don’t have to play slugfest to get a win, as shown in Game 2.

New York has the edge in the season series, but don’t sleep on Cleveland to pull off the upset on Friday night.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
