May 4th is not a federally-acknowledged holiday; you won’t get the day off from work for it. Yet around the world it is known as “Star Wars Day” when fans of the intergalactic space opera franchise celebrate Jedi, Sith and Droids with millions of their fellow fans.

Here at King James Gospel, we like a good lightsaber duel as much as the next Wookie, so we thought we would do something fun. Looking at the roster of the Cleveland Cavaliers, which heroes and villains from the Star Wars franchise are the Cavs most like?

There are thousands of characters in the Star Wars universe, from the films to television to books and comics. Some fans (such as yours truly) can talk for hours about minor characters introduced in the now de-canonized novels of the 1990s and 2000s. We’ll spare you comparisons to obscure characters and stick to the mainstream ones.

Let’s start with a few members of the Cavaliers and how they compare to some of the heroes of the Star Wars Universe, and then move on to the villains. Punch it!
