The Cleveland Cavaliers are currently on their first West Coast trip of the NBA season and are surprising many in the world of basketball as they have won three games in a row including two games on this road trip. The Cavs stand at 3-2 now on the year. Yes, it is very early and they play an 82-game slate for the season. That should all be under consideration today as we celebrate their nice start.

The Cavs have taken down the Denver Nuggets, the Atlanta Hawks and the LA Clippers to date, all playoff teams from a year ago. The Wine and Gold have forced teams into poor play with their good defense over the course of this mini winning streak. They haven’t given up more than 95 points to any of these opponents in those three games.

The Cavs are riding high after a 2-0 start to their West Coast trip. What lies ahead?

Now the team is preparing to take on the Los Angeles Lakers tonight and then the Phoenix Suns tomorrow night in a back-to-back evening affair. The Wine and Gold then travel across the country for a game at the Charlotte Hornets before returning home for a contest with the Portland Trailblazers. Those scheduling gods of the NBA are up to those tricks of theirs.

Anyway, the team has taken care of business so far, so will they be able to continue that streak? That’s one big question I have about this team this week. Let’s discuss three big questions I have about our rejuvenated Cavalier team.
