With Christmas almost here, it’s only natural for wishes come to mind for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In seemingly all of the power rankings, the Cleveland Cavaliers are near the bottom of the league. With these low expectations, they have to only have a few things happen in order for them to shock the masses.

With Christmas right around the corner on Friday, it is time to take a look at the Cavaliers wish list. This will be looking for some things that both the team and fans alike are greatly hoping will happen for the Cavaliers this season.

If all of these presents for the team show up under the tree and are shown on the court during the season, it could be enough for the Cavaliers to even sneak into the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. That’s if they were to get through the play-in tournament, which is set to feature the 7-10 seeds in each conference, with theirs featuring the East, of course.

These wishes will be player-oriented so wishes like making the playoffs and missing the lottery for the first time in three seasons will not be included on the wish list, though.

As the season continues to progress as the year goes along, it will be clear if the players and Cavaliers’ organization have been naughty or nice this year.

Also, it will be known if the players can follow through and with a little bit of Christmas magic fulfill the wishes or if the Cavaliers will be left with a metaphorical lump of coal once again this season.

With the Cleveland Cavaliers not having a game scheduled for Christmas day, this is the closest Cavs fans will get to any holiday-themed content.

We’ll take a look at three Christmas wishes for the Cavs, from my perspective.

So let’s see what the Cavs are wishing for and if Santa can make a pitstop in Cleveland and give the Cavs everything on the list for their players.
