With the Cleveland Cavaliers likely having a very high first-round draft pick in 2019, I asked the King James Gospel team who they believe are the ten best players in the upcoming NBA Draft.

The Cleveland Cavaliers need to be able to draft in the top ten each of the next two seasons to keep their first-round draft pick, according to Real GM. If they don’t receive a pick in that top ten, their pick with go to the Atlanta Hawks, as we’ve mentioned here at KJG. With how talent-deficient the Cavaliers are right now (with the worst record and net rating in the NBA, per NBA.com), they must be able to draft a cornerstone player each of the next two seasons to have a chance at making the postseason in the near future.

Cleveland Cavaliers general manager Koby Altman has done a nice job this season of trading veterans (in reportedly Kyle Korver to the Utah Jazz and George Hill to the Milwaukee Bucks) in exchange for most notably, future second-round draft picks, but the next drafts are key near the top of the draft. So who does the KJG team view as prospects that would really help the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers?

The obvious names are two prospects from Duke in Zion Williamson and R.J. Barrett, but there’s plenty more Cleveland should keep their eyes on, with Murray State’s Ja Morant recently flying up draft pundits’ rankings with his athleticism and ability to get his teammates great looks.

There’s some rock solid defenders like Kentucky’s Keldon Johnson and North Carolina’s Nassir Little, in addition to a few bigs that could make a late push up draft rankings with a good next few months.

Here’s the first top ten ranking.
