Cleveland Cavaliers: 3 takeaways from Bucks’ trampling of Cavs
Matthew Dellavedova is comfortable in Cleveland.
Matthew Dellavedova looked like his old self in his first game back in the Wine and Gold. Delly did a great job of stabilizing the second unit, initiating the offense, and bringing all the hustle that endeared himself to this city.
Delly was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise awful night. He finished with 11 points on four-of-seven shooting with four assists in just over 15 minutes of play.
Dellavedova will have a huge impact on the second unit. They haven’t had consistent scoring outside of Jordan Clarkson. Adding Delly puts one more extra ball-handler on that second unit and will allow Clarkson to play more off-ball which is a role he’s much better playing.
