Collin Sexton continues to improve as a starter.

Collin Sexton‘s best play this year has come as a starter. Sexton continues to be an up-and-down player, but he’s becoming more consistent as of late. The rookie wasn’t perfect Tuesday night, but he did have a solid outing with 16 points, five rebounds, two assists, and a steal.

Playing with the starters has provided Sexton with some continuity for once in the NBA. As a result, Sexton is now averaging 17.0 points per game with an effective field goal percentage of 51.0 percent and a net rating of 6.8, per NBA.com.

Sexton continues to show improvement, which is all you can ask from him at this point. He’s an undeveloped but improving talent who is continuing to find his way in the league.
