The impact and use of Kevin Love

With all of that said, a question arises: how can these last few seasons and these two all-time Cavaliers benefit Kevin Love this season?

Kevin Love knows what it takes to win an NBA championship. He knows what a successful and winning locker room looks like. In his first season after coming out about his struggles with anxiety, Love is going to have a fresh start and will feel more free, especially in an offense that will be centered around him.

With LeBron and Irving out, Ty Lue will finally be able to see how great an offense centered around Kevin Love can be. My guess: it’ll be something special.

Surround him with shooters, which the Cavs have, and throw in a big who can tenaciously rebound anything thrown up, which is basically Tristan Thompsons’s job description, and Ty Lue will have a solid season.

The Cavaliers have the tools to succeed, and Tyronn Lue is going to have each of them on full display.
