By Joseph Brett
King James Gossip is back! This time with all new hosts Joe Brett and Doug Patrick. In this episode, we discuss the pair of new signings for the Cleveland Cavaliers as well as our burning questions for the season.
What will David Nwaba and Sam Dekker add to the Cleveland Cavaliers roster? Will Kevin Love look like he did in Minnesota? How safe is Coach Lue’s job? We discuss all these questions and more on this weeks episode.
This week’s episode lasts about an hour and we debate all things off-season.
Here is a rundown of the show.
First, we discuss the defensive potential of David Nwaba. As well as some of the ways the Cavaliers can fit him in offensively.

Then we debate how Sam Dekker will fit in the Cavaliers as well as if he might take Tristan Thompson’s minutes.
Following those discussions we transfer into some burning questions we have about the NBA season.
First, we discuss whether the Cavaliers will make the playoffs. Even if they make the playoffs should they make the playoffs?
Secondly, we transfer into a conversation about what Kevin Love will look like this season. Will he return to the form he had while playing for Minnesota?
Then we discuss which one of our younger players will have a breakout season.
Following that conversation, we talk about how safe Tyrone Lue’s head coaching job is.
After that, we discuss finally how we feel about Jordan Clarkson and Tristan Thompson going forward.
That’s it for episode number one.
