Who are the NBA’s top five remaining free agents that the Cleveland Cavaliers could secure?

After just five days of free agency, many of the top-tiered talent have already signed, with everyone but the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Paul George signed a 4 year, $137 million deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder. He also stated in an ESPN interview with Drew Shiller, “I 100 percent appreciate Laker Nation for wanting me to come back home. I wanted to come here a year ago, prior to joining OKA. And unfortunately wasn’t traded to the Lakers — Lakers didn’t grab me.”

Chris Paul re-signed a 4 year, $160 million deal with the Houston Rockets.

Kevin Durant re-signed a 2 year, $61.5 million deal with Golden State. DeMarcus Cousins signed an outrageous 1 year, $5.3 million deal with Golden State as well.

DeAndre Jordan signed a 1 year, $24 million deal with the Dallas Mavericks. Aaron Gordon re-signed a 4 year, $84 million deal with the Orlando Magic. Julius Randle took Cousins’ place and signed a 2 year, $18 million deal with New Orleans. JJ Redick signed a 1-year extension with the Sixers worth $12.5 million.

Of course, LeBron opted out and signed a 4 year, $154 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. He brought along with him JaVale McGee (1 year, $2.1M), Lance Stephenson (1 year, $4.5M), Rajon Rondo (1 year, $9M), and resigned Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (1 year, $12M).

Though this top talent and more have disappeared off the market, there is still plenty are star-studded prospects still waiting for a contract.

With LeBron and his contract now gone and that cap space opened up, who will the Cavaliers pursue next?
