No. 14: Avery Bradley

Avery Bradley did not have a good year last season. Like Caldwell-Pope, Bradley was paid well last season, signing a one-year, $8.8 million contract. Now, an unrestricted free agent, Bradley would be the perfect addition for Cleveland.

After a career year in 2016, Bradley dropped his scoring, efficiency, and production this past season. He was even traded in part of the Blake Griffin to Detroit deal. However, in his mere six games for the Clippers, Bradley averaged under 10 points per game, lessening his value entering free agency.

Just like many of the Cavs prior options, Bradley would command that MLE. But, just like Ellington and Pope, he’s the type of player that could be a lockdown defender and a sniper from deep. He’d likely be the best signing of the three as well.

To thrive, Bradley needs to play alongside a playmaker, and throughout his entire 2017-2018 campaign, he didn’t get that.

Imagine him alongside LeBron offensively while being able to lockdown Curry defensively. This is the signing Cleveland needs to make.
