Arguably the biggest album of the year was dropped last night, and Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James seems to be a big fan of it.
Outside of James occasionally jamming to Drake on his Instagram story, all we knew about Drake and LeBron James is that they met every postseason when Drake’s Toronto Raptors would inevitably be devasted by James and his Cavaliers.
However, after James praised “Scorpion” on Instagram, that all changed. It seems the 33-year-old icon is a big fan of Drake, and for James, it really doesn’t matter where he is. Scorpion will be on all summer.
Whether it’s LA or Cleveland, he’ll be jamming to Drake.
If you follow James on Instagram, you’ve been witness to a wide array of his music. From chilling at dinner with his family to seemingly minutes of workout music, his followers have seen it all. And, many love him for that, for being personal with his fans and audience.
As previously mentioned, here’s the post that James uploaded to his near 40 million followers.

Drake absolutely killed this album. That said, if you haven’t given it a listen, drop what you’re doing and make that happen.
As for LeBron James, here’s what we know about him. He’s been in a cave in the Caribbean which is being dubbed the “Decision Cave.” With his free agency looming large over the league, we know little about James outside of subtle hints and his decision to opt out of his contract, turning down $35.6 million.
James seems to be left with two decisions or that’s the mainstream media is saying.
Option one is staying in Cleveland for a year and ultimately crushing the dreams of Drake’s Raptors who will most likely be phenomenal in the regular season yet again. However, that pathway might not land him in the promise land, and even if it does, it’s unlikely he’d be able to take down the Warriors, winning one game in his last nine Finals games.
Option two is parting with his beloved Cavaliers and taking his talents this time to the west coast. He’d have the opportunity to play hopefully alongside Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, or that’s the assumption.
Next: LeBron James opted out. Now what?
Either way, King James will be back, but before his decision is even made, watch on Instagram for the King jamming to some of his favorites from Drake’s iconic “Scorpion.”
