14. player. 73. . Point Guard. University of Miami. Lonnie Walker

Lonnie Walker is a combo guard out of the University of Miami. With unlimited and untapped potential, Walker could be the perfect score for a Nuggets team that lacks playmaking at times.

At 6-foot-4, Walker scored 11.5 points per game in his only season at Miami. Walker can knock down from outside and has good size for a combo wing; however, he might have the JR Smith syndrome.

In college, Walker shot just 41.5% from the field and just under 35% from deep. Smith has shot over 45% from the field in one season while not even reaching 40% in three of his 14. Smith, who seems to now just be a spot up, had stellar Walker-like athleticism yet never put it all together.

Is Walker the next JR Smith?

After all, Smith did give his glory days to the Nuggets.
