Tristan Thompson can still play.
Thompson has had a tough season on and off the court, but he came up big when his number was called in Game 7.

Thompson got the start in the biggest game of the season and he didn’t disappoint. He was the Cavs’ second-leading scorer as he finished with 15 points and 10 boards.
Thompson looked every bit like the player the player he was during the 2016 Finals; run. He was a terror on the offensive glass and a force on defense. Thompson also knows how to play with LeBron and company and that chemistry can’t be overstated, especially on a team with so many new pieces.

There’s no indication of how the Cavs are going to approach next series with the Raptors, but Thompson showed that he deserves to be a permanent fixture in the rotation and maybe even a starter.
