With the 10th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Hornets select Kevin Knox.
Back to the Kentucky freshmen. Kevin Knox would be a great fit for the Charlotte Hornets. For starters, they don’t need a sure-fire contributor like Bridges. They need to a develop a potential superstar.
Knox could be the NBA’s next Devin Booker, and Charlotte should be his home.
Averaging 15.7 points per game, Knox, who stands 6-foot-9, has proven to a phenomenal shooter. With 1.6 threes per game in his lone season at Kentucky, combining Knox, Kemba Walker, and Malik Monk could allow Charlotte to outrun and outgun opposing teams.
With a 6-foot-11.5 wingspan and an almost 9-foot standing reach, Knox is a freak athlete. Outside of Michael Porter Jr., this draft is heavy on point guards and centers through the projected first ten picks, so the opportunity for Charlotte to get a player of Knox’s caliber with the tenth pick would be huge for their organization.
Knox has superstar written all over him. Will Charlotte be a good fit though?
