The Cleveland Cavaliers dropped their second straight home game with a 110-94 loss at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs.

The Cleveland Cavaliers couldn’t get anything going offensively. They couldn’t find their three-point shot as they went eight of 34 (23.5%) from distance.

LeBron James continued his string of impressive play. He put up 33 points on 14 of 25 (56.0%) shooting. James also contributed 13 boards, nine assists, and a steal. However, he also coughed the ball up six times in the loss.

LeBron didn’t get much help from the other starters as they combined for just 14 points on six of 28 (21.4%) shooting.

The Spurs continue to have the Cavs’ number, Danny Green in particular. Green finished with 22 on five of nine shooting from deep. LaMarcus Aldridge led San Antonio with 27 points.

The Cavs played well for three quarters and showed flashes of brilliance despite the lopsided score. However, it’s clear that this team is still a work in progress.

Here’s what we learned from the loss.
