LeBron James Jr. continues to ball out.

LeBron James Jr. has yet another highlight reel video for your entertainment. The eldest son of Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James is a 13-year-old AAU star who attend Old Trail School in Akron, Ohio.

James Jr., has been getting a lot of attention over the years, looking much like a point guard prodigy since the first time cameras filmed him picking part opposing defenses with an advanced court awareness and passing ability.

In fact, of all the skills that James Jr. has shown the potential of having, his passing ability has been the most impressive. James, however, is a solid three-point shooter and, in his father LeBron James’ estimation, a better shooter and passer than he was at that age. James’ ball-handling, size and ability to get to the rim are also advanced for his age.

On James Jr.’s passing James says, “it’s probably the best part of his game”. In fact, James notable continues to support that particular aspect of James’ game, commenting on his son’s video with the words “Work out Bronny!!! Let’s keep improving and making others better. #JamesGang“.

James, who took over some of the coaching duties for his son’s AAU team in the summer, has been a visible fixture on the sidelines at his son’s games as of late. With him gaining steam on the AAU circuit and getting recruited by high-powered college programs, James Jr. looks set to be the next big thing when he graduates high school (in about four more years).

James has talked about the possibility of playing in the league when his son makes it to the NBA.

(Quote transcribed by CBS Sports’ Pete Blackburn):

"“I know I won’t be able to play at this level forever,” James said in the sitdown. “But to be washed and play … I don’t know if I can play washed … but I damn sure would love to stick around if my oldest son can have an opportunity to play against me. That’d be, that’d be the icing on the cake right there.”"

James Jr. is a 2024 NBA Draft prospect and by the time he was drafted, his father would be nearing 40-years-old. However, that would give the duo at least one season together on the court. There are reasons to believe James can continue to be dominant at 40-years-old, as Karl Malone (a player he’s often compared to from a physical standpoint) was averaging 20.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.7 steals per game at 39-years-old.

There’s no guarantee that James Jr. will grow up to be an NBA star even if he’s caught the eye of te national media. After all, neither of Michael Jordan’s sons made it to the NBA.

However, he’s certainly earned the respect of the nation and his favorite player, Russell Westbrook (for the record, Stephen Curry is the favorite player of James’ youngest son, Bryce Maximus James).
