Jordan Clarkson plays better with a bandage on his face.

Clarkson had to leave the game and receive stitches after catching an errant elbow to the face. He came back with a band-aid on his face, eight or nine stitches, and a bounce in his step.

He put up 12 of his 14 points after returning with his band-aid. Clarkson connected on five of his eight shots in the second half and finished the half as a plus 14.

Clarkson showed just how valuable he can be in the second half. He’s somewhat of a gunslinger that can get in trouble when he tries to do too much. Clarkson is one of the most skilled players on the team, but he can be reckless at times. However, when he’s letting the game come to him like he was on Friday night, you can see how talented a player he really is.
