The Cleveland Cavaliers completely dominated this one from start to finish.

They played a complete 48 minutes and escaped Detroit with a 116-88 win over the Pistons. Cleveland has now won five games in a row and six of their last eight games. Maybe, just maybe, are the Cleveland Cavaliers finally on the right track.

LeBron James came out firing with 16 points in the first quarter and the rest of the Cavs followed his lead. James finished with 18 points and 8 assists in 27 minutes.

Kevin Love led the team in scoring with 19 points on 8 of 12 shooting and 11 boards. Jae Crowder had his most impressive game as a Cavalier finishing with 18 points on 5 of 11 shooting with 5 rebounds.

Nothing went right for the Pistons in this one. This shouldn’t be surprising considering they played a close, emotional game in Minnesota the night before. Detroit came into the game with the second-best record in the conference and boasting a top ten offensive and defensive rating. It just got out of hand quickly for them Monday night.

The Cavs looked good on both ends of the floor. Here’s what we learned from the win.
