The Cleveland Cavaliers ended the worst four-game stretch in LeBron James’s career with an impressive 130-122 win over the Washington Wizards.

The Cleveland Cavaliers haven’t had the start to the season they wanted, but this game could go a long way in getting them back on the right track. It’s even more impressive considering it came on the road against the self-proclaimed best team in the Eastern Conference.

LeBron James had one of the most impressive games he’s ever had. He finished the game with a record-tying 57 point performance on 23 of 34 shooting. James also contributed 11 boards, 7 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. The 57 points is the most points he’s scored in a Cleveland uniform. His career high is 61 points.

Derrick Rose had a solid outing and is showing some chemistry with James and the rest of the starters. He put up 20 points on 50% shooting and 2 assists. Jae Crowder looked like his former self on Friday night contributing 17 points and 7 boards.

Bradley Beal had an impressive performance of his own with 36 points on 12 of 16 shooting. Unfortunately for him, his game won’t be remembered because of LeBron’s absurd numbers. John Wall struggled to find his shooting touch. He finished with 13 points on 4 of 13 shooting and was 5 of 12 from the line.

The Cavs as a team still aren’t playing their best basketball, but it’s an improvement of what we’ve seen the last six games. Here’s what we learned from the win.
