1.) Patrick Beverly (LAC) — $5,513,514

Cavaliers fans would love Patrick Beverly in a Cavs uniform. He is a better version of Matthew Dellavedova. Beverly creates havoc on the defensive end for opposing teams. You might be sensing a theme here — All of these guys that are potential targets are energy guys and also on one-year deals.

Beverly is the type of guy who loves coming off the bench and creating havoc instantly. He is an excellent defender, great passer and a decent shooter from the floor. When he scores and makes his three’s, it is icing on the cake.

For his career, Beverly is averaging 9.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

He is already getting into players heads.

Here is a video showing how great of a lockdown defender Beverly is.

The Kyrie Irving deal might eventually help the Cavaliers more than most people think. This trade exception could come in huge in the latter parts of this season.
