LeBron James during the offseason is known to work out with other NBA players. He recently worked out with his buddy Dwyane Wade at UCLA.
LeBron is 32 years old now so keeping his body in shape is crucial. In the summer of 2014, he went on a diet and was noticeably slimmer going into the season. LeBron’s athleticism has always been his strong suit and working out has been the way to keep his body where it needs to be to play the way he wants to play. LeBron posted on Instagram in the summer of 2013 going up a hill while pulling a motorized cart.
In a recent workout video, he posted he was balancing himself on a ball while holding weights to strengthen his core. These different types of workouts help LeBron play at the level that he does. LeBron knows that to gain an edge he has to do what the competition won’t do. James has built himself as one of the elite players in NBA history by combining hard work with his talent.

He has turned working out and practice into fun for the people around him. The way he facilitates the ball on the court is how he gives back off the court. Being the leader of the team means that he is the role model. The way he conducts himself is how the other players will follow.
