The Probability of Lillard to Cleveland

How likely is Kyrie Irving to the Portland Trail Blazers? When it comes down to it, I think it would be very likely.

Both teams get what they are looking for. The Trail Blazers get a younger guard that wants to be “the man.” Along the lines of being younger, he will be able to grow and succeed next to C.J. McCollum. Both are 25, and they would be able to grow the Portland legacy for several seasons.

For Cleveland, they can rid themselves of Kyrie and start to get to business. Training camp will be happening before we know it, and it is likely that Kyrie Irving will not be on that team. The Cavaliers should certainly inquire about Lillard because he is definitely the better option than Eric Bledsoe.

Lillard might be the best the Cavaliers can do. His 27.0 points per game along with the Cavaliers late offseason signings could easily replace the star power that Irving brings. Shumpert and his defensive prowess would also be missed, but his contract being taken off the books is a must.
