Cleveland Cavaliers Wishlist: 14 Possible Targets for the Land
By Ryan Stein
6: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope could be the most important name on this list.
Providing the exact three and D role that we need to be filled. Caldwell-Pope reminds me of a young JR Smith who is more focused on defense. He is also only 24 and could be a centerpiece of the future. Aside from his capabilities, signing Caldwell-Pope is actually quite possible.
It’s all about money. Just as with most of the targets, these players are too good to get with little money. The Cavaliers would have to give up someone, and I’m not sure KCP would be worth the reward.
I would love to see it happen, but I doubt KCP goes anywhere this offseason.
