In light of recent news surrounding the 2017 NBA Draft, King James Gospel contributor Simon Hannig has updated his mock draft.

In this straightforward mock draft there will still be a few surprises. The Los Angeles Lakers have been said not to be sure Lonzo Ball is a star, as reported by The Huffington Post’s Jordan Jordan Schultz.

However, a couple of basketball insiders, including Adam Zagoria, believe that’s a smoke screen.

Nonetheless, King James Gospel will act with the assumption that the Lakers pass on Lonzo Ball.
