4. Brad Daugherty (1986)

Brad Daugherty was taken number one overall in the 1986 NBA Draft.

Daugherty played the center position, and as one of the best players in the NBA, leading his team to multiple playoff berths, he was a lot to handle down low. Daugherty’s career year came in his fifth NBA season, when he averaged 21.6 points and 10.9 rebounds per game.

Daugherty scored 10,389 points in his NBA career. That was the most points scored by a Cavalier player until LeBron James surpassed him in a game against Toronto in 2008.

He retired in 1994 with career averages of 19.0 points and 9.5 rebounds a game.
