The Cleveland Cavaliers are sitting at 6-0 because of superhuman efforts from LeBron James who again rose another spot in the all-time playoff points list.

LeBron James, who is only 32, most likely has several more playoff trips left in his career, and he just moved into second for most playoff points in a career.

The current leader is Michael Jordan at 5,987. James is just 210 points behind that. Kareem, Shaq, and Kobe round at the top five for career playoff points. Getting 210 more points this playoff might be easier said than done, but James has showed us that he can do the improbable several times throughout his career.

To be honest, it is probably even a set deal that LBJ passes the mark. James has averaged 34.2 points per game this postseason which is the top among active playoff participants. If the Cavaliers sweep the Raptors, sweep the Wizards/Celtics, and play six games against Golden State AND LeBron continues his average, he will score his 210th point sometime early in the Finals.

This would be another incredible accomplish. It would be one of just many that headline LeBron’s career, and the best part is that he still has time. James could put up 2,000 more playoff points with ease. His ability to dominate for so long and at such a high level has been greatly taken for granted.

James is also fourth in playoff minutes, and he will probably move into number two behind Tim Duncan after this current postseason.
