Sure, the All-Star game is not exactly a competitive affair. But it is worth nothing that James is the most prolific scorer in All-Star game history.

This is not a concrete statistic, but they are two facts that are perhaps most telling of how versatile and unique of a player LeBron is.
LeBron is the only player in NBA history to compile at least 27,000 points, 7,000 rebounds, and 7,000 assists; he is also the only player ever to average at least 27.0 points per game, 7.0 rebounds, and 7.0 assists for his entire career.

These statistics do not prove that James is a better player than Jordan. With so many advanced metrics these days, I am sure any Jordan fan could scrape up 23 stats in which Jordan has an edge over James.
These numbers are simply a collection of facts that show that maybe a player as great and iconic as Jordan can be challenged for the GOAT—and maybe LeBron is a worthy challenger.
