LeBron James isn’t just a superstar on the court for the Cleveland Cavaliers, he’s set to be a superstar in Hollywood. Dave Chappelle’s comments just remind us of that.

Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James is indeed on his way to Hollywood when his playing days are over.

He’s already producing successful shows such as “The Wall” and “Survivor’s Remorse”. He’s co-producing a movie with Kevin Hart called “Ballers” and will co-star in it with Mark Walbergh. He’s been in “Trainwreck” with Amy Schumer, John Cena and quite a few other celebrities in its cast list. He’s directing a Muhammad Ali movie for HBO.

His athlete-centered media platform “Uninterrupted” got a $15.8 million investment from Warner Bros. and Turner Sports. His podcast, “Road Trippin'”, is now a part of that network.

He’s set to star in a sequel to the ever-popular “Space Jam” movie that shows a young Michael Jordan leading a team of Looney Tunes characters to victory against a group of aliens who had stolen All-Stars basketball talents.

He’s been in numerous commercials: Kia Motors commercials, McDonald’s commercial’s, Coca-Cola commercials, Sprite commercials.

So it should come as no surprise that Dave Chappelle, when appearing on Jimmy Kimmel’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live, said he did a stand-up routine with LeBron and that “he was funny too”.

Coming from Chappelle, that’s pretty high praise. That’s like Jay-Z saying you’re a good rapper, Taylor Swift saying you’re a good singer, Leonardo DiCaprio saying you’re a good actor.

By the way, in my opinion LeBron is funny. On screen, he has an uncanny way to sound falsely and humorously nonchalant.

The business mogul and family man is the world’s best basketball player and perhaps the best player ever. He’s also “next up” in Hollywood, in my opinion.

The only thing that will be left is for LeBron to enter the world of politics. LeBron James for president in 2032?
