The Cleveland Cavaliers lead the Eastern Conference with a 39-16 record and will likely be the fourth team in the NBA to have 40 wins. This season, after winning the first NBA championship in franchise history, the Cavs been able to roll with the basketball god’s best punches. They’ve gotten hit with their opponents best shots and the injury bug all season but just keep pushing on.

This is in no small-part due to the All-Star trio of LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. However, there are always unsung heroes that don’t get enough praise.
