Trade #13: The Miami Heat (This one was a struggle)

The Cavaliers acquire James Johnson; the Heat acquire DeAndre Liggins and Richard Jefferson.

Why Cleveland would do it:

The Cavaliers could use a guy like James Johnson on their rotation. Johnson is a big physical player that could used in a series with Golden State. His defense presence and tenacity could bring a new dimension to the second unit of Cleveland. Johnson has also been a force offensively also. His 11.6 points per game this season are the most of his career.

Why Miami would do it:

The Miami Heat were at one time 11-30 have been making a quick run to the playoffs, and the added veteran presence of Jefferson could help them out. Along with the perimeter defensive ability of Liggins, the Heat could continue to try to make a playoff run.
