5 NFL Teams LeBron James Should Play QB For
Cleveland Browns
This one is easy.
The Cleveland Browns haven’t won a Super Bowl since 1964. That 52-year drought that James ended when the Cleveland Cavaliers won their first ever NBA championship series? That drought started right after the Browns last Super Bowl victory.
While the Cleveland Browns have a surprising collection of talent at wide receiver, with Corey Coleman, Josh Gordon and Terrelle Pryor, there’s nobody there to take advantage of their ability to get downfield in a hurry. James does that. He has the strength necessary to deliver fireballs to his receiving corp. that will make the team one of the most dangerous in the league.
In addition, he’ll be able to escape when the line breaks down and shrug off would-be tacklers. Compared to the rest of the league, Browns quarterbacks have gotten a little more this season and James won’t like that. However, the Browns will likely what he can bring to the team from broken plays.
Most importantly, James would establish a winning culture within the Browns organization. He believes in working through the process and one of the best work ethics in the league. James is, in general, a high character superstar and man of principles that the team can get behind.
James at quarterback would be the greatest gift the Browns could ask for. Jim Brown would probably agree.
