1. Cleveland vs. Atlanta Hawks

The Cavs had yet another one point win on May 8, 2016 in the semifinals against the Atlanta Hawks. Eager to close out the game and on the road, the Cavs knew it would be a tough game. The were going to need everybody to contribute to move on to the Eastern Conference Finals. Following the lead of the Big Three, they were able to close out the series.

Love scored 27 points with 8-of-15 on threes and added 13 rebounds and four assists. LeBron and Kyrie each scored 21 points, with Kyrie shooting 8-of-16. LeBron almost had a triple-double with 10 rebounds and nine assists, and also recorded two steals and one block. Kyrie added eight assists, two rebounds and one block. Thompson had a low scoring game, with just five points, but added 10 important rebounds. And Shumpert added 10 points, three rebounds and two steals, while Frye added eight points, one rebound, one assist and one block.

The Cavs came away with a win and final score of 100-99. This one point win ended the series in a sweep, moving on the the Eastern Conference Finals. And the rest is history.
