Tristan Thompson Cleans Up the Miss, Game 1

Tristan Thompson was a key component to the Cleveland Cavaliers raising up the Larry O’Brien Trophy this past June.

Starting from the beginning, in quarter one of Game 1, Thompson was working hard in his role as a rebounding machine. He shows off how he “stars in his role”, which is one of his favorite phrases, in this particular play. LeBron drove in for a layup against Andrew Bogut and although the shot didn’t fall, Thompson was there to clean up the miss with a nifty under-the-basket, reverse layup.

Game 1 (June 2, 2016)

Final Score: CLE 89 – GSW 104

Series: 1-0 GSW
