LeBron James: 10 Best Playoff Performances
Game 4 at Indiana, 2012 Eastern Conference Semi Finals
With the Heat staring down the barrel of a potential 3-1 deficit, their two biggest stars put on perhaps their best performance as teammates.
James was masterful, doing most of his work in the paint as he terrorised the Pacers big men down low, scoring 40 points and grabbing 18 rebounds to go along with nine assists.
Unbelievably, all 27 of James’ field-goal attempts were inside the three-point arc. He also attempted 16 free-throws, signifying his dominant post play throughout the game.
Dwyane Wade also chimed in scoring 30 as the pair showed a near-telepathic connection at times.
At one stage, Wade and James combined to score 38 consecutive Heat points as they were able to tie the series at two games apiece.
