Similar to the Hawks deal, in this move the Cavs get Derrick Favors, a younger Al Horford type player. Favors can also play both power positions and is talented on both ends of the floor. Adding scorer Trey Burke and shooter Rodney Hood help make up for the talent difference between Favors and Love. The Cavs get a little younger and some more shooting to go along with the inside bully of Favors.

For the Jazz, they finally fill the shoes of Karl Malone with Love. A star who can play alongside Rudy Gobert and Gordon Hayward perfectly. With Dante Exum at the point and Alec Burks as the 2 guard, the Jazz can part with Burke and Hood to get their #1 option while allowing the Cavs to get a deeper with better fitting talent.

A trade where both teams seem to win but that the Cavs would likely pull out of unless they get more value or see little hope for their current Big 3.
