The Cavs are unlikely to trade Timo to a team that they think they could see as dangerous in the Playoffs. The Indiana Pacers are one such team but they are only 4 games over .500 and might be looking to make deals. The Cavs could get involved with multi-team deals.

Jordan Hill

With Ian Mahinmi and Myles Turner, the Pacers have some big men that can produce. Hill was a free agent signing this year and has produced well. The 6’10” former Laker center has averaged 9.3 points and 7.2 rebounds a game in just under 22 minutes. He isn’t much of shot blocker but is an athletic defender with some range on his shot.

He is averaging 50% from the field on almost 8 shot attempts per game. He isn’t getting fouled a lot, as he isn’t much for contact, but is shooting 70% from the line. His rebounding has been consistently impressive, including over 2.5 offensive rebounds per game.

The Pacers aren’t likely to give up Hill lightly but he can be a free agent after the season. The Cavs and Pacers could match up directly in a Timo for Jordan trade but neither team is likely to help each other out. A multi-team trade that brings the Pacers a player they like and moves Mozgov somewhere else would work however.
