UPDATE: 12:06pm ET – OVERNIGHT RECAP

Welcome to today’s free agency thread! There were a number of stories breaking overnight involving both key and fringe players.

Chandler Parsons agreed to sign an offer sheet with the Dallas Mavericks, worth $45 million over three years. The Houston Rockets have 72 hours to match the sheet or let Parsons walk.

Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh has decided he will accept Houston’s four-year contract offer should LeBron James elect to leave the Heat for pastures new.

Speaking of LeBron James, the superstar free agent is thought to have left his meeting with Heat President Pat Riley with no new deal in place and no decision reached. He is now expected to fly directly from Las Vegas to Brazil for Sunday’s World Cup Final.

James Johnson has signed a two-year deal with the Toronto Raptors. Johnson spent time in Toronto earlier in his career.

The Utah Jazz will match the offer sheet Gordon Hayward was signed to by the Charlotte Hornets. More to follow.
