5. Oklahoma City Thunder (43-14)

They’re not better without Westbrook. Stop talking about it. Westbrook had several assists late in Sunday’s loss to the Clippers to go with a clutch of key baskets including the three to tie the game before the Clippers made their final run.

6. Phoenix Suns (33-22)

How good could this team be if Eric Bledsoe had stayed healthy? Also, this Gerald Green is the best Gerald Green. Comfortably so. Maybe could have flipped Okafor’s contract for Luol Deng to shore up the wing defense but we’ll let that slide.
